Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern the supply of all services offered by Gesser Images. Once an agreement for the supply of the services is made you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions which shall govern this agreement.

Any dispute shall be subject to the Law of France.

References to ‘you’ and ‘your’ refer to anyone who engages or receives the services of Gesser Images.

Purchase information

Payments on this website are processed via PayPal. PayPal offers an industry standard secure on-line payment system and you can use any credit or debit card to pay via PayPal. You can even make payments if you do not have a Paypal account.

Print sizes

For sizes or format options not listed, please email me at sales@gesser-images with your requirements and we will provide a specific price. For prints of panoramas, please note images will be printed to the longest dimension of the size you order, square prints will be printed to the shortest dimension, with the rest in proportion.

For example:

. for non-standard panoramic/letterbox format images, the longest edge of the image will equal the maximum dimension of the paper (for example an 18 x 12 inch paper size will display a printed imaged sized roughly 18 x 8 inches) with the rest in proportion,

. for panoramics, sizes shown are for a guide only,

. for square format images, the edge will equal the shortest dimension of the paper (for example, an 18 x 12 inch paper size will display a printed image sized roughly 12 x 12 inches).

Please note all sizes are approximate.

Print orders

Packaging

Photographs will be packaged in the following ways:

. Paper print orders will be supplied rolled and wrapped in tissue paper and then sealed inside a protective cardboard roll tube,

. Canvas prints can be produced on request (please contact sales@gesser-images.com) and are supplied in bubble wrap and then boxed in strong protective cardboard.

Prints are made on archival, professional quality paper which will best reflect the quality of the images. The prints should not be placed near any heat source or in sunlight.

Processing and Delivery

Print orders should normally be sent to you within the 10 working days of placing an order and generally sooner.

If for any reason there is a delay you will be contacted by email to advise and if you don’t receive your print within this timescale please inform us at sales@gesser-images.com.

Delivery within the France is via Recorded Post.

If you need a print to be sent abroad a surcharge will apply to cover the cost to your destination. If you are an international customer please contact us at sales@gesser-images.com when you are ready to submit your order to confirm delivery costs as they vary from country to country.

Returns Policy

Every effort has been made to ensure that print you receive is of the highest quality.

It is important to us that you are satisfied with your prints, but if you are unhappy please follow these guidelines:

. Please return your unwanted items to us within 7 days of the reception of purchase in perfect unused condition in the original shipping container and we will give you a full refund or exchange.

. If your item(s) is faulty, please inform us immediately.

. Postage cannot be refunded, unless the item is faulty.

. We recommend that you return goods using a courier. We are not responsible for goods that go missing.

. On the receipt of goods, your refund/exchange will be arranged if goods are in resalable condition.

. Refunds will be credited to original method of payment. Once the item(s) have been refunded you will receive a confirmation email from Paypal. If the item(s) are being exchanged, they will be dispatched within 10 working days.

Personal information

Upon making an order the following personal information may be stored in our records:

. name and surname

. contact information including email address

. postal addresses for shipping and billing purposes

Your personal details will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act however, in placing an order, you consent to us using your email address to send promotional news relating to the activities of Gesser Images or other brands or companies of Kleber Europe SAS. You are welcome to contact us to let us know if your personal details change or if you would like to be removed from this list.
